PHP Training Academy does not use an automated booking system. Every booking is confirmed personally by our team within 24 hours on working days. That is deliberate: our hands-on courses are for registered healthcare professionals, and we check eligibility before confirming any place. It means a short conversation rather than an instant checkout — and it means nobody arrives on a course that is wrong for them.

Send your booking request

Confirmation and payment
We confirm availability and send a secure payment link within 24 hours. Your place is confirmed on receipt of full payment.
What to Include in Your Request
The more you tell us up front, the faster we can confirm. Sending your registration details with your first email usually saves a round of correspondence.

Please include:
· Your full name
· Your professional registration number and body (GMC / GDC / NMC / GPhC, or your equivalent regulator if registered outside the UK)
· Confirmation that you hold professional indemnity insurance covering the relevant practice
· The course name and your preferred date
· Whether you are a SoMUK member — quote your membership number for 20% off

Cancellation
14 days notice is required to cancel. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee. Places may be transferred to another date, subject to availability. If we have to move a course, you will always be offered a transfer or a full refund.

Who our courses are for
Our hands-on courses are for healthcare professionals registered with the GMC, GDC, NMC or GPhC — or an equivalent regulatory body if you are registered outside the UK — who hold professional indemnity insurance covering the relevant practice. Our online courses are open more widely, as they carry no practical component. If you are unsure whether a course is right for you, please ask before booking. We would always rather tell you honestly than take a booking that does not suit you.
